Westbank should look into warranty reports they flat out ignored.
As a matter of fact, my issues had been pointed out ahead of time during the walkthrough and was subsequently reported to the warranty department after it.
Some issues were brushed off by the person who did the walkthrough and did not write down resulting in cold nights for many days (eventually fixed), while others are simply not fixed even when written down during walkthrough (still not fixed).
Lets just assume they're trying to rush the west tower and hope it'll eventually free up some builders to honor their warranty.
Needless to say, everyone I spoke with who lives in the building have nothing but poor opinion about the subsequent follow-ups from the developer.
