Nice!! Can you tell me which tower are you in? And if so which floor. As far as i know they have three phase of move in and i really want to know what phase it's now. Thank you for the pics

Is anybody moved into the top 2 floors of the west tower? After all of the delays, we were finally told our closing date would be the 27th. We've booked movers, will be out of our home tomorrow. Now it's the 29th and they still might not have their occupancy permit by today. Good times!

For the people already moved in, can you please help me with the Honeywell thermostat settings. I've been experiencing issues with the ISU settings for weeks, as they had incorrectly set it. First residential and the strata manager has been no help. Can you look at your thermostat and tell me what each setting is when you enter your ISU settings ( holding down menu and + for 3-5 seconds). Its been really cold in this home. It would be nice if someone could respond to this soon. Thank you in advanced. Merry Christmas

Don't live in the building but can you google on how to set or reset the Honeywell thermostat? Google is my God.

Thanks for your suggestion. I know how to work my way around the thermostat. The issue is setting the ISU settings specific to the building. It turns out another unit also is experiencing the same issue.

Westbank should look into warranty reports they flat out ignored.

As a matter of fact, my issues had been pointed out ahead of time during the walkthrough and was subsequently reported to the warranty department after it.

Some issues were brushed off by the person who did the walkthrough and did not write down resulting in cold nights for many days (eventually fixed), while others are simply not fixed even when written down during walkthrough (still not fixed).

Lets just assume they're trying to rush the west tower and hope it'll eventually free up some builders to honor their warranty.

Needless to say, everyone I spoke with who lives in the building have nothing but poor opinion about the subsequent follow-ups from the developer.

Hi everyone - does anyone know who the flooring supplier is and what's the colour/model? I want to do some reno work and need to replace some floors. Light colour scheme is what I have. Anyone else find that the flooring install wasn't that great?
