More than two years since our last update, Coco Oakridge, located at the intersection of 41st Avenue and Alberta Street, has reached ground level. Designed by GBL Architects for Keltic Canada Development, this six-storey building is characterized by clean, elegant lines.

Upon completion, the building will contain 57 strata units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. The units will range in size from 520 to 1,610 square feet. Penthouse suites will also have access to private rooftop patios. All other suites will feature large balconies or patios. Amenities will include an indoor room and a large landscaped patio with a children's play area.

There will be two levels of underground parking with space for 62 cars and 84 bicycles. Coco Oakridge is well-served by public transit, including a short walk to the Oakridge–41st Avenue Skytrain station and several bus routes. The address boasts an impressive 88 point walk score, with many parks, schools, and shopping destinations nearby, including the Oakridge Centre.
