Located at the intersection of 13th Avenue and Lonsdale, this development will bring much-needed rental housing, along with retail and office space. There will be a total of 144 rental apartments, consisting of 112 one-bedroom, 16 two-bedroom, and 16 three-bedroom units. Residential amenities will be located on the top level, including a gym, a lounge, and an outdoor terrace with spaces for dining and urban agriculture, as well as stunning 360-degree views.
