Six weeks since our last update, and structural completion now appears to be close at hand for River Park Place in Richmond. More cladding and glazing work has been installed, the mixed-use residential project by MYIE Homes, Intracorp, and IBI Group now edging towards its final chapter.
Primely located along the banks of the Fraser River in the vicinity of the Richmond Olympic Oval, the aptly-named River Park Place will bring 300 new residents to the neighbourhood. Close to YVR, major roadways, and the SKyTrain, the development will be convenient for every mode of transportation.
The multi-volume structure tops out at 17 storeys, its 219 units spread across the bulk of the development. A majority of condo units will be augmented by a small collection of traditional townhomes, all of which will have shared access to the many amenities on tap.
Residents will be welcome to make use of a fitness centre, yoga studio, music room, media room, study room, basketball court, and multiple outdoor terraces. Close as well to the CF Richmond Centre, River Park Place will have something for everyone.
SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
