Three months after the opening of Parq Vancouver, the False Creek skyline is on the verge of accepting another architectural beacon to its crowded corridors. Concord Pacific's The Arc seeks to "redesign the next generation of Vancouverism" through a Francl Architecture-designed vision that compares its physical self to the movement of a  fluttering flag.

The Arc is making headway between the Cambie Street Bridge and Nelson Street. Structured by a series of wavy balconies that characterize a two-pronged, 29-storey volume, the building references the undulations of its neighbour, One Pacific

Engineered quartz stone countertops, integrated stainless steel Miele appliances, and an expandable room will be some of the features entrenched in the building's 560 units. The Arc's signature bridging element will partially give way to a comprehensive amenities package dubbed the Sky Club, which will include an outdoor patio deck, grand lounge, catering kitchen, fitness facility, and a glass-bottomed indoor swimming pool.
