Is it just me, or does anyone else think those top floors on the shorter building are going to get crazy amounts of noise? There's essentially a freeway running by just outside their window.

Wouldn`t want to live in those units for sure, with all the traffic noise, exhaust gas and dirt.

Yes it is but I wouldn't like to work in those buildings except in the top few floors, any floors below them would be dark when looking outside through the office windows, all you can see would be the concrete columns of the bridge.
