Pretty small floor plate, it only suitable for 4 to 6 units only if you ask me.

You can really see how the transfer slabs above and below them transition
between staggered columns below and above the open area.

The concrete at the top of the podium has grooves in it
- so I suspect that the finish will end up being painted concrete

With only 27 fl, this project is really only a midrise but at least its first six stories look kinda nice and different from the usual condo clones in Vancouver.

There's a view cone height limit that runs up Cambie on both sides of the street.

This one is interesting to watch, especially with officedweller's bird's eye views. And then this. I was on the south seawall of False Creek today east of Granville Island and noticed a view of the Smithe. When the tower is topped off you should be able to see most of it from this angle.
