I am interested to know when Kensington Gardens will surely complete because my friend owns a unit waiting to sell his current house to meet the final payment.
Here I want to confirm whether you mean T&T opening in Dec 2018, after Kensington Gardens completion earlier (I guess).
If so, do you know the residential units completion date?

My home inspection is scheduled in June. The estimated completion date is between July to September.

Is the estimated completion date in phases or is it the entire building? Two months time frame is quite a large uncertainty. If the inpection for your unit is in June I'm guessing legal papers and stuff need to be signed before move in date?
