Developer is Serracan, architect is ???

82,000 sq ft of office space, 90% leased so far, with tenants including Onlineshoes.com, SFU's Adler School of Psychology, and Serracon moving their offices in here.

Some warm wood coloured accents are appearing on the exterior. I would've loved to have seen something like that on the Telus Garden condo tower. I'm posting a pic of the rendering on the hoarding to illustrate the exterior but not necessarily the floor count. The tenth floor pillars appear to be in the process of being poured so it will not be nine floors like the rendering.

Those wood accents are fantastic, I didn't notice them last time I was looking at the project. What a great way to break up the facade and showcase some natural materials with a little warmth.

With the beveled surface and accents this building is going to look different every time the light changes.

The crane came down yesterday and the glazing looks mostly complete.
