Here are some recent pics of the site which is currently occupied by a 3 storey concrete office building. It is now empty and fenced off, presumably ready for demolition.

At only 81m, this project is only a midrise and would hardly have any impact on the skyline.

People would be living here would be annoyed by the traffic and noise but for those on the higher floors would have some nice views of downtown and Stanley Park.
