I like the tower, those balconies are funky. Kind of a drag it's not in a nicer location.

Yes, it looks like a slum from where I took the last pic but at street level facing the East Columbia St, it actually isn't too bad, there are many new funky shops and restaurants in that area. The people living on the higher floor would also have a great view of Fraser River and the skyline of Surrey.

Yeah I guess I shouldn't judge the look of an area how it's seen from the train. Often the area right around the train line isn't nice. You go back a few blocks and things change.
