Very interesting as i grew up on Alberta Street in Sapperton and NEVER thought that there would be rapid transit nearby and definatly not a development of this scope at the bottom of my street. I live in Toronto now.

Metro Vancouver has grown rapidly in the last 30 years and the pop now is pushing to the 3 millions mark, our transit system has to expand to cope with the growth.
