The podium of the IBI Group-designed project is also now being clad, with vertical strips of beige, orange and brown affixed to the curtain wall. Located just across the street from Metrotown Skytrain station, the podium's retail and office space will be easily accessible from across the Lower Mainland.

The podium will also house much of the project's common areas, which include a regulation-size badminton court and a multi-course golf simulator for residents looking to keep active. A fitness and wellness centre join a rooftop sky garden equipped with a barbecue and outdoor dining area as the other signature amenities being offered.
