Nearly four months since we last checked in on Triomphe, and the recently topped-off, 46-storey tower, is now entering into the final stages of construction. With the majority of its cladding in place from top to bottom, it will only be a matter of a few months before the 340-unit residential project is complete.

Designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects for Millennium Development, Triomphe features a tall, relatively slender residential high-rise tower, anchored by both a large amenity pavilion, and a small array of townhomes. In terms of the 13,000 sq.-ft. amenity pavilion (seen in detail below), the space will provide residents with a gym, yoga studio, lounge, theatre, conference room, pool, and outdoor terrace.

Close to Brentwood Town Centre, and the Gilmore SkyTrain station, Triomphe's residents will be conveniently located near to a host of local restaurants, shops, and many other essential services. Ideal thus for commuters and suburban buyers looking either for a starter home, or to downsize, Triomphe will likely be a popular option for many.

With construction moving fast, it will not be long now before Triomphe welcomes home its first generation of owners, the project part and parcel of Burnaby's ongoing urban transformation.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
