Three months since our last update, and the 46-storey Triomphe is now nearing its final height in Burnaby. With its cladding and glazing work not far behind, it will not be long now before the residential high-rise project by Millennium Development Group and Chris Dikeakos Architects is complete.

Situated just steps away from the Gilmore SkyTrain station, and close to the ever-popular Brentwood Town Centre, the 340-unit Triomphe will soon become home to more than 400 residents. The ideal abode for those looking for a mix of condo living in the heart of the 'burbs, Triomphe promises an amenity-rich experience that will hard for prospective buyers to pass by.

Speaking of amenities, Triomphe will come fully loaded with a purpose-built, 13,000 sq. ft. amenity pavilion (above), which will feature a gym, yoga studio, lounge, theatre, conference room, pool, and outdoor terrace. Close as well to numerous area shops and restaurants, Triomphe truly has something for everyone.

Moving around to the rear of the structure, it is evident that detail work at the base of the tower is now well underway. Set for completion later this year, Triomphe will be a fine addition to Burnaby.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
