Five months since we last checked in at Triomphe, and the 46-storey residential high-rise has made significant gains. Then standing a little less than halfway to its full height, the tower today appear to be just a few floors away from topping off.

Located adjacent to the Gilmore SkyTrain station in Burnaby, close to Brentwood Town Centre, the well-situated 340-unit high-rise will soon deliver upwards of 400 new residents to this quickly densifying region. The perfect spot for suburban commuters looking for a bit of the urban lifestyle, Triomphe's amenity-rich offerings and location will more than likely make this project an easy sell.

Speaking of amenities, the attached 13,000 sq. ft. amenity pavilion (above) will house a pool, gym, yoga studio, lounge, theatre, conference room, and an outdoor terrace. Close as well to numerous shops, restaurants, and other services, Triomphe has something to offer for every type of buyer.

Once complete, Triomphe will be illuminated by a dynamic lighting system, a special feature which will guarantee that the tower stands out against the Burnaby skyline.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
