Nine months since we last checked in at Imperial Metrotown, and the 26-storey tower and townhouse complex has now reached completion. Located in the heart of Burnaby, the 169-unit residential development will soon welcome home upwards of 200 residents.

Stark white with dark (Imperial) blue accents, the tower and townhouse by Amacon truly lives up to its name. Made distinctive as well owing to its angular floor plates, Imperial is a standout structure amid the Metrotown skyline.

Close to the Kingsway corridor, Royal Oak SkyTrain station, and the Metrotown Town Centre, Imperial will be a popular destination for those looking for a healthy mix of high-rise living within a solidly suburban context. Aimed thus at first-time homebuyers, downsizers, and professional commuters, the Imperial Metrotown will no doubt have a long list of interested buyers.

Offering a mix of condo and townhouse dwellings, Imperial will have something for everyone. Now complete, Imperial Metrotown will make for a fine addition to the bustling Metrotown district.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
