Several months since our last update, and Nadeau Developments' Eleven West has now reached completion. Comprised of a new residential mid-rise tower, and an adjacent heritage structure, the development has blended well into surrounding Kitsilano.

The 7-storey tower will hold 15,471 sq. ft. of residential space, spread across 10 units, with a penthouse on the top floor. These will be arranged as four 2- or 3-bedroom full-floor units, three 1-bedroom units, and two 3-room townhouses.

As for the fully restored F. Haynes & Company building, which was originally constructed in 1929 in the Mission style, the low-rise structure has been converted into two live/work studio units for artists. To this end, the Community Amenity Contribution has included nearly $200 thousand towards the structure's heritage preservation efforts.

Close to the Arbutus Greenway and Park, and nearby to the Kitsilano Community Centre, the well-situated project will place residents near to many restaurants and shops, with quick connections to transit.
