Nadeau Developments’ Eleven West condominium project is nearing completion, with the majority of the exterior construction completed and the interior progressing rapidly. Designed by Ankenman Marchand Architects, with interior design by Enviable Designs, the project will include the heritage F. The F. Haynes & Company building, meanwhile, will be converted to house two artist studio live/work residential units. 18 off-street parking spaces will be provided for the project. The Community Amenity Contribution will include the heritage retention portion of the project as well as $187,000 to be put towards city-wide funds.
