Two months since we last checked in at Triomphe, and progress upon the topped off 46-storey tower has been moving steadily along. Significantly more of the decorative exterior paneling has now been installed across the tower and podium, the project having entered into its final stage of development.

Designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects for Millennium Development Group, Triomphe will bring a great deal of height and density to central Burnaby. Located next to Brentwood Town Centre, the 340-unit residential high-rise will place its residents close to shopping, dining, transit, and many other services.

For those looking to stay a little closer to home, the attached amenity pavilion (above) will feature 13,000 sq. ft. of activity space. The pavilion will include a fitness centre, pool, yoga studio, lounge, theatre, conference room, and an outdoor terrace.

Once complete, Triomphe will likely be a popular address, its location and wealth of amenities to be a major draw to potential buyers.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
