Nearly three months since our last update, and progress at the three-tower Lougheed Heights by Bosa Properties and BlueSky Properties has begun to truly take shape. With two of the towers now topped off, and the third rising fast, it will not be long before the tower trio becomes a fixture of the Coquitlam skyline.

Situated at the corner of North Road and Foster Ave in Burquitlam, Lougheed Heights is on target to deliver five hundred new residents to the foot of the Lougheed Town Centre. Close to transit, shops, and restaurants, and convenient for commuters, Lougheed Heights will be a prime address for those looking for tower living in a suburban setting.

The entire development will share in the delights of the massive, 17,000 sq.-ft. amenity pavilion, which will feature a pool, fitness centre, lounge, and terrace. Beyond the pavilion, each tower will have its own small array of amenity spaces, to be enjoyed by all.

Ranging from 39-29 storeys, the trio will bring some serious height and density to Burquitlam, the rapidly rising district currently in the midst of a major building boom. Once complete, Lougheed Heights will be a fine addition to the neighbourhood.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
