Just a few weeks since our last update, and Promenade at the Quay has now topped off in North Vancouver. Standing tall at 14 storeys, the 117-unit, mixed-use, residential development by Polygon Homes and Main Street Architecture is now a prominent fixture of the Lonsdale Quay skyline.

Adjacent to the Lonsdale Quay Market, and just steps to the waterfront, Promenade at the Quay will soon deliver upwards of 200 new residents to the epicentre of North Vancouver. With retail frontage along both West Esplanade and Carrie Cates Court, the new development will work to significantly enliven an already bustling corner of the city.

Close as well to the downtown ferry service, Promenade at the Quay will be a prime address for North Vancouverites looking for a quick commute into the core. Equipped as well with an excellent walk score, and in close proximity to nearly all of North Vancouver's best hot spots, Promenade at the Quay will be remain an attractive option for years to come.

Now that the structure has reached its final height, cladding and glazing work will soon follow. Set for completion later this year, Promenade at the Quay will be a fine addition to Lonsdale Quay and North Vancouver.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
