Perfectly a year since our last update, and progress at Main & Twentieth has moved ahead significantly. What was then an excavation site has today blossomed into a nearly fully formed shell, the 4-storey boutique residential development now standing three storeys above grade.

Designed by Yamamoto Architecture for Landa Global Properties, the 4-storey mid-rise will soon be home to more than 60 residents split across 42 units. Suites will come in a variety of configurations, including 1-, 2-bedrooms, and lofts. Located at 3594 Main Street in South Main, the new development will place buyers within the heart of a highly walkable neighbourhood, close to many shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Owing to the small size of the structure, most units will be granted natural light on two sides, while the split-level lofts to the rear will face onto the relatively quiet 20th Street, and will be provided with small private gardens. For those without terraces, an inner courtyard will provide residents with an abundance of greenery, including a zen garden and bench seating.

Set for completion later this year, Main & Twentieth will be a prime address for those looking for a boutique residential experience within a bustling urban environment.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
