Two months since we last checked in at Evolve in Surrey, and it appears that the 35-storey residential high-rise by WestStone Group has now reached structural completion. While crews work to finish off the final details inside, the Chris Dikeakos Architects-designed tower looks to have entered into the home stretch.

Close to Surrey City Centre, Evolve will soon welcome up to 700 new residents to the area, spread as they will be across the development's 407 units. Within walking distance of SFU Surrey, Surrey Central Library, and the SkyTrain, Evolve will be a popular address for those looking for a nice blend of convenience and local services.

Already sold out, thanks in large part to a raft of sales gimmicks, Evolve has proven itself as a success. A contributing factor in its success has been the inclusion of a mix of unit types from condo to townhouse, and a sizeable 85,000 sq ft flex-space split between commercial uses and building amenities.

Residents will be provided with a movie theatre, fitness centre, meeting rooms, and a large outdoor terrace. Soon to be complete, Evolve will no doubt be a welcome addition to the rapidly rising neighbourhood.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
