Topped off with cladding and glazing work underway, it will not be long now before Synchro by Bold Properties arrives just east of Broadway and Main. Located at 379 E Broadway upon the site of a former Chinese grocery store, the 5-storey, 29-unit, residential development will bring a new flavour to the neighbourhood, with prices starting at a cool $1.6 million.

Set to be clad in a mix of brick, metal, concrete, and glass, Synchro will feature a thoroughly modern exterior, pulling various elements from the eclectic streetscape that currently defines the neighbourhood.

Moving around to the rear of the structure, the upper floor terraces and mid-level balconies very much mirror those on the front, with the notable exception of the lowest level terraces which will be among the largest outdoor spaces provided save for the rooftop.

Designed by Ankenman Marchand Architects with an eye towards technology and minimalism Synchro will provide residents with the best of both worlds, offering state of the art living alongside ample outdoor space complete with panoramic views of the mountains and downtown skyline.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
