I hope Thai Son would move into this new building, the one they re in now is too old and small.

Or maybe Thai Son will be inspired to redevelop their building

I doubt its their building tho, they really should look for a new space close to where they are now, they had moved its old outlet to a brand new mall in Richmond, so why not in Vancouver??

I wouldn't want to live on the 2nd and 3rd floor to be honest, it'd be too noisy right behind and above the busy Kingsway and bus stop.
