Six weeks since last checking in at the site of the Chris Dikeakos Architects-designed Triomphe, and the 46-storey high-rise has made significant gains, standing at roughly 1/3 its final height. Spearheaded by Millennium Development Group, Triomphe will soon bring 340 units to central Burnaby, within close walking distance to Gilmore SkyTrain station, and Jim Lorimer Park.

Located as well, near Brentwood Town Centre, the arrival of at least 450 new residents to the neighbourhood will continue Brentwood's recent intensification.

Rising above a 13,000 square-foot podium base, which will house the amenity pavilion, the appendage will be host to an outdoor pool and terrace, along with a gym, yoga/dance studio, lounge, and theatre, and conference room.

To eventually be outfitted with a dynamic exterior lighting system, Triomphe will soon live up to its name, the flashy fixture to be a standout project on the Brentwood skyline.

SkyriseVancouver will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
