Projects ALWAYS take longer than what the sign says... But I like how colourful the building is.

December 27th:

Walkthroughs have started. I did mine this morning. Completions are scheduled for "sometime in March"....

Most of it was ok, the balconies were inaccessible, because they were yet to install all the glass. Looked quite dirty too.
Ceilings are super low in the entrance!
Quite like the reverse cycle airconditioning: seems to be pretty warm inside.
A few wobbly drawers. Outlets and lights and windows are all good. Blinds look slightly transparent.

Those damn tiny wardrobes, too, where the hell does one put an ironing board?
The washing machine/drier looks very cheap. Disappointing.

Biggest problem was that the wood panels are a DIFFERENT COLOR FROM WHAT WE SELECTED. We were supposed to get "light", and this is the "medium".
Dammit, Rize: you're just as bad as all the other developers.
