I've been lurking here for a while and finally registered. I wanted to give a shout out to all the great construction updates. Also, I am really looking forward to seeing this get built and IMHO will be as nice if not nicer than Vancouver House.

^^ Welcome to the forum! The exterior of both Butterfly and Vancouver House are nice but I'd like the fly more simply because its almost 30 m taller, to me taller is better.

Not sure what the other two are.

To the right is the YMCA condo - Patina and to the left is the St. Andrews Residence - both existing buildings.

Patina looks short compares to the much taller Butterfly.

Is progress stalled? Looks roughly the same as October

No, it might be slow but isn't stalled, if you compare the lines of the excavation, the one taken yesterday is 4 or 5 lines deeper than in October.

It's a bit deeper, but has been slow the last few weeks. Because of Christmas holidays?
