No. It was supposed to open mid-October, but looks like there is a delay.

Open after the busy Christmas holidays when the people have already gone broke and also need to prepare for the income tax payment and contribute to the RRSP, good luck to have a good sale month in Feb. which is traditionally a dead month in retail business.

Walked by the store on February 17th, and it still hasn't opened.
