At 468 Terminal Avenue (Streetview, beside which you can see what phase 1 looked like). 7 storey office building with 146,000 sq ft, with the CRA consolidating their metro Vancouver offices as part of their Lower Mainland HQ here.

Developer is Rize, and architect is B+H.

My office directly overlooks the construction site, so I'll snap some shots at some point, but the site is fully excavated, and they've been piling the foundations for the past week.

Here's a look around Containers on Terminal Phase II from ground level. I've included the Phase I building (blue front, copper back) in the first and last pictures for context. It was interesting walking around that area with the nicely appointed plaza area and the bike path in the back. Good backstory here.
