A multiple dwelling development containing two 16-storey towers, one 5-storey and one 6-storey mid-rise building containing a total of 372 dwelling units over two levels of underground parking, accessed from the new road, Rivergrass Drive.

Lots of massive projects going on in that area.

Yeah, the River District is going through a huge transition. When the redevelopment is completed (probably another 10-15 years), they are expecting 30,000 people living there.

When I just moved to Vancouver, there was nothing but only bushes south of Marine Dr.
