There has been a delay getting the last few floors enclosed. Word is that the windows weren't sized right for these floors that have extra height ceilings. If you look closely you can see extra small sections of spandrel (and glass?) above what looks like regular sized spandrel and glass on that topmost floor that is getting enclosed. So I wonder if they just went with what they had and added clerestory sections.

Don't know if they are going to paint over those round columns or just leave them plain.

Appears to be left plain in the renderings, which is pretty much the prevailing aesthetic these days anyway.
