Gair Williamson  Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to rehabilitate  and provide heritage designation of existing building and to develop a 5- storey  mixed-use building with 45 Secured Market Rental Dwelling Units, over 1 level  of underground parking having vehicular access from the rear lane, proposing:
      Under the site’s  existing C-2C zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted;  however, it requires the decision of the Director  of Planning.
