@officedweller do you know what they are doing with the old Four Seasons hotel?

Cadillac Fairview has stated that it'll be a lifestyle brand hotel, but don't know who, or if it'lltake all of the floors.
There's no development permit application as far as I know, so no change in use (though existing zoning might also allow office space) and no change in square footage, so no filling in the bay window recesses.
Leftcoaster at SSP says expect a lot of scaffolding - so probably a reclad of the whole tower but don't know with what? ie precast and glass or all glass?

Leftcoaster at SSP said the cut-out in the concrete cladding on the old Four Seasons is for a construction elevator/hoist,
and that there's a lot more remediation work to go.

You can clearly see the oultline of the store now.
Note the angled walls of the former Four Seasons podium, old mall entrance and new Apple store
are all at the same angle, probably because of the grid of columns under the complex.

... and lift access points for the former Four Seasons renovation.
