Spotted renderings on the Perkins+Will website which show the flowery pavilion where the retail portion would be situated:

I wonder if this is still the current plan? The other renderings I've seen show a much more generic structure.

I'll keep checking to see if the flowery pavilion gets built.
According to the landscape plans on the City of Vancouver website, there will be some kind of pavilion topped with a green roof.

Looks like this building already leased to many tech firms.

The pavilion is getting close to completion and most of the landscaping is completed.
