IBI Architects in conjunction with Qualex Landmark Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop at this site a 5-storey, mixed-use building. The proposal includes the following:
- 48 market strata dwelling units;
- 1009 m² (10,859 sq.ft.) of commercial area;
- Building height of approximately 16 m (52.9 ft.);
- Total floor space area of 7,145 m² (76,907 sq.ft.); and
- Two levels of underground parking accessed from the lane with a total 129 parking spaces.
