They added a flashing to the top of the granite.
That helps tie it in to the new mullions.

Excellent spot for a restaurant patio. I can picture myself tilting a few pints there on a sunny afternoon.

Definitely a great location, with the all of the office space plus (hopefully) the new art gallery going up in the future there will be no shortage of pedestrian traffic.
