Looks like the restaurant level is a few steps down from the elevator lobby level.

The ground floor is a lot different than the Oct 12, 2017 plans.

I wonder who authorized a new lamp post in the middle of the sidewalk?
The crosswalk also needs to be made the full width of the sidewalk (like at Richards).
