Henriquez Partners Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site consisting of:
to alter the exterior of the existing office building, addition of new balconies on the West façade, addition of landscaping and new railings along parking level; and
proposed building height to a maximum of 47.6 feet.
Under the site’s existing IC-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
