That curved glass is beautiful. My only wish is at the glass was a little more transparent but other than that it’s looking great.

I understand the original building was probably a seismic risk anyways but this is a huge downgrade aesthetically. Looks like something that belongs in Metrotown.

True, it looks very much like Bentall V and was probably design many years ago,
but at least it's a not a glass box like Bay Adelaide.
