The proposed Surrey Education Center has the similar design that looks skinney on one side and fat on the front and back.

Btw, this proposed tower would become the second tallest building in metro Vancouver region, it will rise 625 ft and it'd be only 20 ft shorter than Shangri La but 9 ft taller than the Trump and its not a condo or hotel.
