Phase 1 for the project is currently under construction and will include a purpose-built rental building developed and built by Darwin Properties and Minto Properties and an assisted living facility developed and managed by Sunrise Senior Living. The rental offering will be a 6-storey wood frame building and will host 113 homes comprised of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom suites with retail at grade.
