Yes, its seawall at English Bay, the tall tower under construction is the tallest tower in the Solo project at Brentwood area of Burnaby.

Steveston is now world famous because of that seal!

Its pretty dumb for the parents to let their girl feeding the seal, its a common knowledge that you don't feed the wild animals.
