Yeah, it'd make Edmond the 4th major town centre in Burnaby after Metrotown, Brentwood and Lougheed.

Pretty soon you won't be able to tell the Burnaby skylines apart, it'll be one huge skyline.

I'm usually not a fan of these large master scale projects, but this one looks decent.

Haha, it isn't impossible but it'd take probably a hundred years and a few thousands infill towers to make it happen. Here is a 6 to 8 years old pic of Burnaby's two major clusters, the Metrotown and Brentwood and they are roughly about 6 km apart from each other, and its over 10 km between Metrotown and Lougheed Centre.
