Nah! If you look at the current zoning map of the city, over 70% is still zoned as RS-1 (single-family residential)

For now but they could rezone them if necessary. Don't forget it used to be 99% are single houses like 100 years ago.

And in a lot of places, single family homes are just being replaced by even bigger single family homes. Especially on the west side.
