The Duke is set to introduce a new standard to the rental experience in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. This 14-storey LEED Gold development is located along the busy transit hub at Broadway and Kingsway, providing residents convenient access to the many nearby amenities this area has to offer. The Duke will feature 201 rental units with a 4,925-square-foot ground floor retail component, and will incorporate a dramatic public art aspect. Inspired by European architectural design, the residential component is comprised of modern studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, featuring unique design elements. Construction began in June 2015 with completion scheduled for mid-2017.
