A pair of residential towers rising less than a kilometre from Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain station is the latest development in the Anthem Properties catalogue. New photos uploaded to our Forum show how the two-tower Wynwood Green project is shaping up, as both buildings now rise above Austin Avenue in west Coquitlam.

The 28- and 23-storey towers are climbing adjacent to the Vancouver Golf Club and Brookmere Park. Wynwood Green will contain one-, two- and three-bedroom homes—379 in total—ranging in size from 631 to 1,151 square feet.

The 28-storey north tower will hold 205 homes, while the 23-storey south tower will provide 174 units fronting Austin Avenue. A rooftop deck located at the northwest corner of the property envisions 4,500 square feet of facilities, including a dining lounge, catering kitchen, expansive courtyard with grilling stations, and a modern fitness centre.

The site at 585 Austin Avenue was acquired by Anthem Properties in 2017. A majority of the owners of the 58-unit strata-titled townhouse complex voted in favour of selling, a process that was ultimately approved by the BC Supreme Court.
