An under-construction residential development in the Burquitlam neighbourhood has made great strides in recent months as it races towards completion. Located at the corner of Regan Avenue and Emerson Street in Coquitlam, Regan West broke ground in 2018 and is currently on track for a completion sometime in the latter half of 2020.
Regan West has risen six storeys. Within those storeys will house residents in 75 units in a range of different sizes and floor-plates, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations.
Developed by Marcon, Regan West features a very contemporary west coast look. Exterior finishing sports a darker beige colour with an emphasis on glass set to offer sweeping views of the surroundings. Interior finishings match the aesthetic of the exterior with a modern look including state-of-the-art appliances and nine-foot ceilings
Current construction updates on the project show an almost completed building. The building has long since topped off and exterior construction is substantially complete with some glass panels remaining to complete the balconies. Landscaping work will also need to be done before the building is truly complete.
For those choosing a car-free life, Regan West is strategically located near commercial amenities as well as Burquitlam SkyTrain Station, putting residents within reach to much of the neighbourhood and Metro Vancouver.
