Camellia, by MingLian Holdings LTD., has recently topped out. One of the latest projects to join the growing Cambie Corridor, it was designed by GBL Architects.

This project consists of a six-storey residential building with three two-storey townhouses. There will be 16 one-bedroom, 26 two-bedroom, and 14 three-bedroom units for a total of 56 market strata residences. There will be two colour scheme options for the units: classic walnut and cool grey. Residential amenities will include a fitness room and a landscaped courtyard with urban agriculture plots.

Underground parking will contain 51 car and 73 bike parking spaces. The development is also well-served by public transit, including the Langara-49th Avenue Station within a five-minute walk, and several bus routes nearby. YMCA-Langara Family YMCA, Tisdall Park, Langara College, and the Langara Golf Course are also all within a short walk.

The development provided a Community Amenity Contribution of $2,303,730 towards the Affordable Housing Reserve and childcare and community facilities in and around the Cambie Corridor Plan. Camellia has been designed to be LEED Gold certified, including points for energy and water efficiency, and stormwater management.
